The gold ring that Obama wears is the one he's worn for 30 years. It's the one he wore BEFORE he got married; and it's the same one Michelle put on his finger at their wedding ceremony (hers was a traditional wedding ring). It is adorned with script that has now been deciphered, imprinted with the first part of the Islamic declaration of faith, the Shahada: “There is no God except Allah.”

The OIC (the Organization for Islamic Cooperation), which is a non-voting observer to the U.N., is the second largest intergovernmental organization after the United Nations. Based in Saudi Arabia, it has lobbied the U.N. for years to support an international anti-blasphemy law.

Guess how many Islamic states (Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, et al) make up the membership of the OIC? 57 states.
