Think about this: What do the illegal aliens gain by the amnesty bill that’s being pushed forward by the Republicrats?
The answer is, nothing.
They’re not “living in the shadows.” The fact is, they have all the benefits they could possibly need right now.
Illegals have free health care. They get free legal representation from the ACLU and other left-wing groups.
The only thing they don’t get is to pay taxes!
And that’s the only thing they’re going to get when they become citizens.
They’re gonna get screwed.
The only ones getting anything out of amnesty is the Democratic Party, who will get a perennially loyal voting base, plus millions of new people to tax.

Two Republicans came to Washington as United States Senators.

Both were immediately haled as being the future of the Party.  Both were young, charismatic and claimed they were devoted to the conservative cause.

Both have been talked about as potential Presidential candidates.

The problem is only one of them is a conservative.

Who are they?

One is Ted Cruz and the other is Marco Rubio.

Ted Cruz burst on to the scene last year in Texas, defeating a RINO Establishment candidate.  He has quickly become a superstar.  He has stood steadfastly against Amnesty.  Yesterday, after the Supreme Court ruled that states could not ask about citizenship as a part of voter registration, Cruz vowed to introduce an amendment to the Amnesty bill that would allow states to do just that.

Cruz has come out demanding that there be a sixty-vote requirement in the Senate before the debt ceiling is raised.  James Carville, the long time Democrat Campaign Consultant called Cruz the most fearless Republican he has seen in the last thirty years.

Marco Rubio rode the Tea Party wave of 2010 into office.  Like Ted Cruz, he faced a RINO Establishment candidate in the form of former Florida Governor Charlie Crist.  Crist is a liberal who as governor supported the Obama Stimulus bill.  Rubio ran as a conservative eventually causing Crist to drop out of the Republican Primary and run as an independent.  Crist lost badly and is now a Democrat.

Unfortunately so is Marco Rubio.

Since coming into office Rubio has acted more like a Democrat than a Republican.  He has been the face of the so-called, “Gang of Eight.”  He has been the leading voice on Amnesty, which might as well be called the Republican Suicide Plan.

Perhaps Marco Rubio’s goal in life was to be just like his hero John McCain.  If so he is succeeding.  Not only is he embracing McCain’s pet goal of Amnesty, Rubio is also jumping in with both feet to get the United States involved in Syria.

In Syria, radical Islamists who have pledged loyalty to Al-Qaida are at war with the Syrian Regime.  Rubio this past Sunday on ABC News “This Week” said he would have armed the Syrian Islamist rebels much sooner.

How has American intervention in the Middle East worked out so far?

Last Saturday, Sarah Palin addressed the issue and said, “Let Allah sort them out.”

Perhaps a better idea is to simply stay out of this fight as America has no compelling interest and no matter who wins the Syrian Civil War, America loses.

2016 will be an interesting year for Republican politics.  Ted Cruz, should he decide to, can run for President without giving up his Senate seat.

Marco Rubio’s Senate term expires in 2016.

Given his support for Amnesty and not being much of a conservative, at this point it is hard to see him gathering much support for a Presidential run.

While we conservatives need to pick our battles carefully, in 2016, if Rubio runs for reelection, he is the Republican who should be at the top of the list to be primaried.

Two Republican Senators came to Washington full of promise and hope for the future.  Only one of them, Ted Cruz, held to the conservative beliefs that he campaigned on.

One of them is a great Senator and a great American.

The other is a beltway sellout.

Obama’s Snooping EXCLUDES Mosques, Missed Boston Bombers

Homeland Insecurity: The White House assures that tracking our every phone call and keystroke is to stop terrorists, and yet it won't snoop in mosques, where the terrorists are.

That's right, the government's sweeping surveillance of our most private communications excludes the jihad factories where homegrown terrorists are radicalized.

Since October 2011, mosques have been off-limits to FBI agents. No more surveillance or undercover string operations without high-level approval from a special oversight body at the Justice Department dubbed the Sensitive Operations Review Committee.

Who makes up this body, and how do they decide requests? Nobody knows; the names of the chairman, members and staff are kept secret.

We do know the panel was set up under pressure from Islamist groups who complained about FBI stings at mosques. Just months before the panel's formation, the Council on American-Islamic Relations teamed up with the ACLU to sue the FBI for allegedly violating the civil rights of Muslims in Los Angeles by hiring an undercover agent to infiltrate and monitor mosques there.

Before mosques were excluded from the otherwise wide domestic spy net the administration has cast, the FBI launched dozens of successful sting operations against homegrown jihadists — inside mosques — and disrupted dozens of plots against the homeland.

If only they were allowed to continue, perhaps the many victims of the Boston Marathon bombings would not have lost their lives and limbs. The FBI never canvassed Boston mosques until four days after the April 15 attacks, and it did not check out the radical Boston mosque where the Muslim bombers worshipped.

The bureau didn't even contact mosque leaders for help in identifying their images after those images were captured on closed-circuit TV cameras and cellphones.

One of the Muslim bombers made extremist outbursts during worship, yet because the mosque wasn't monitored, red flags didn't go off inside the FBI about his increasing radicalization before the attacks.

This is particularly disturbing in light of recent independent surveys of American mosques, which reveal some 80% of them preach violent jihad or distribute violent literature to worshippers.

What other five-alarm jihadists are counterterrorism officials missing right now, thanks to restrictions on monitoring the one area they should be monitoring?

School's Shocking Threat to Valedictorian After Unapproved Speech

Remington Reimer mentioned God and the U.S. Constitution in his speech and now his principal is threatening to ruin his Navy appointment.

A Texas high school principal threatened to sabotage a valedictorian’s appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy after the student delivered a speech that referenced God and the U.S. Constitution, the boy's attorney has alleged.

Hiram Sasser, director of litigation with the Liberty Institute, said Joshua High School principal Mick Cochran threatened to write a letter to the U.S. Naval Academy disparaging the character of Remington Reimer.

“It was intimidating having my high school principal threaten my future because I wanted to stand up for the Constitution and acknowledge my faith and not simply read a government approved speech, the teenager said.

Sasser is now representing the teenager and is calling for the Joshua Independent School District to issue a public statement exonerating him of any wrongdoing.

He said the speech was edited and reviewed by four different school officials – including an officer in the JROTC. Sasser said the censorship violated federal and state laws.

“All he did was simply follow state law and Joshua ISD policy,” he said.

Reimer, a senior at Joshua High School, made national headlines on June 6 when officials cut off his microphone in mid-speech after he strayed from pre-approved remarks and began talking about his relationship with Jesus Christ.

Reimer, who has received an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy, thanked God for “sending His only son to die for me and the rest of the world,” the Joshua Star reported.

The following day the principal met with Reimer’s father and informed him “that he intended to punish Remington for his perceived misdeed.”

“Specifically, he threatened to send a letter to the United States Naval Academy advising them that Remington has poor character or words to that effect,” Sasser told Fox News.

After consulting with a school attorney, the principal temporarily retracted the threat, Sasser said.

“The principal said he wanted to try to ruin him for what he did – for talking about the Constitution and his faith,” Sasser said. “I don’t know if he’s going to be able to continue to be the principal of that school.”

Reimer, described by his classmates as quiet and soft-spoken, then talked about free speech and the Constitution and how “I was threatened with having the mic turned off.”

And that point – the audio feed was cut – leaving those in the audience confused. But Reimer kept on talking.

Following is a transcript of what the school district didn’t want graduates or their families to hear:

“We are all fortunate to live in a country where we can express our beliefs, where our mics won’t be turned off, as I have been threatened to be if I veer away from the school-censored speech I have just finished,” he said according to the Star. “Just as Jesus spoke out against the authority of the Pharisees and Sadducees, who tried to silence him, I will not have my freedom of speech taken away from me. And I urge you all to do the same. Do not let anyone take away your religious or Constitutional rights from you.”

Principal Mick Cochran defended the school’s decision to cut off the audio feed.

“The district has reviewed the rules and policies regarding graduation speeches and has determined that the policy was followed last night,” he told the Star.

The Joshua ISD issued a statement to MyFoxDFW noting, “student speakers were told that if their speeches deviated from the prior-reviewed material, the microphone would be turned off, regardless of content. When one student’s speech deviated from the prior-reviewed speech, the microphone was turned off, pursuant to District policy and procedure.”

But Sasser said the school district violated state and federal laws by censoring Reimer’s speech. He said the law, along with local school policy, requires the school to distance itself from the valedictorian’s speech. That means not editing or drafting the speech.

The school was also required to publish a message in the graduation program that read in part, “the content of each student-speaker’s message is the private expression of the individual student and does not reflect the endorsement, sponsorship, position or expression of the District.”

Sasser said contrary to the law and its own policies the Joshua Independent School District failed to include the disclaimer and not only edited – but tried to control Reimer’s speech.

“These school officials broke the rules and violated state and federal law and their own board policy,” Sasser said. “They should be held accountable for violating school board policy and causing needless embarrassment for Joshua ISD and the Joshua community.”

Obama’s “Mother of all Databases” Includes Our Children

Speaking of databases, there’s one out there that’s more than a little bit disturbing.  It’s but one more devious plan created by none other than Barack Hussein Obama to store personal information on our children.  No wonder Maxine Water spouted off that Obama’s database knew everything about everybody – this is one of the few times that Maxine was telling the truth.

Obama actually planned this scandal back in 2009 - why Republicans and Democrats didn’t even raise an eyebrow is a total mystery. Obama helped himself to several billion dollars of our stimulus money and threw it into a pot for Secretary of Education (Arne Duncan) placing him in charge of mining our children’s personal information for Obama’s database.

Federal law put in place restrictions back in 1979 when the Department of Education was launched. The law specifically stating that it was illegal for the White House to have a Federal Education database.

As usual the law does not apply to Obama. Barack and Arne Duncan (Sec. of Education) dangled an ungodly amount of money to the States suffering from a horrific recession if they would make a deal and trust Washington to take over the education system of our children.

There’s one more minor stipulation that Obama is requesting. He wants each State to create a database containing all personal information on our kids and forward that information to none other than the Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan. Obama and old Arne have prepared the template for these databases containing 100’s of personal data requirements from religion, to parent’s income, health information, an assessment on their mental and social status.

Obama’s strategy is to have total control of our children and their parents from youth through adulthood no cut off on this Obama database, it just keeps going and going. Stealth Jihad at work right under our noses!

Few parents or grandparents know about Obama’s plan to take over our children’s education. Who’s mining our children’s information for his database; the States of course? Our Government wonders why we can’t trust them???

Obama’s Muslim Brotherhood is now partnering up with our Department of Education and the State Department to create an online program (Qatar) that will connect our United States schools with classrooms abroad.  As usual, they leave out some pertinent details.  My bet would be this; they are partnering with Middle East Countries under the Muslim Brotherhood control in an attempt to convert our children.

The founder of the Qatar Foundation is the same person who founded Al Jazeera.  Hassan Al Banna, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood works for the foundation that offers various language courses, scholarships and other programs integrated into the Department of Education.

FYI – one of the board members of this new community organization is Vartan Gregorian the man. WND previously exposed vital information about Gregorian who served as a point man in granting $49.2 million in startup capital to an education-reform project founded by former Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers and chaired by Obama.

So while Americans are trying to sift through the SNA scandal, it might be wise to investigate Obama’s “Mother of all databases.” that is mining personal information on our youth. 

The State Department and Department of Education have joined hands giving Islamic Terrorists unmonitored access to our children along with creating an unlawful database on our kids. This is the perfect example of Stealth Jihad – non violent Jihad used by the Muslims to infiltrate and change our government.

Obama ‘Strongly Objects’ to Religious Liberty Amendment

The Obama Administration “strongly objects” to a proposed amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act that would have protected the religious rights of soldiers – including evangelical Christian service members who are facing growing hostility towards their religion.

The amendment was authored by Rep. John Fleming, R-La. It would have “required the Armed Forces to accommodate ‘actions and speech’ reflecting the conscience, moral, principles or religious beliefs of the member.”

The Obama Administration said the amendment would have a “significant adverse effect on good order, discipline, morale, and mission accomplishment.”

“With its statement, the White House is now endorsing military reprimands of members who keep a Bible on their desk or express a religious belief,” Fleming told Fox News. “This administration is aggressively hostile towards religious beliefs that it deems to be politically incorrect.”

Fleming introduced the amendment after a series of high-profile incidents involving attacks on religious liberty within the military- including an Air Force officer who was told to remove a Bible from his desk because it might give the impression he was endorsing a religion.

He said there are other reports of Christian service members and chaplains being punished for their faith.

• The Air Force censored a video created by a chaplain because it include the word “God.” The Air Force feared the word might offend Muslims and atheists.
• A service member received a “severe and possibly career-ending reprimand” for expressing his faith’s religious position about homosexuality in a personal religious blog.
• An enlisted service member received a career-ending punishment for sending personal invitations to his promotion party which mentioned that he would be providing Chick-fil-A sandwiches due to his respect for the Defense of Marriage Act.
• A senior military official at Fort Campbell sent out a lengthy email officially instructing officers to recognize “the religious right in America” as a “domestic hate group” akin to the KKK and Neo-Nazis because of its opposition to homosexual behavior.
• A chaplain was relieved of his command over a military chapel because, consistent with DOMA’s definition of marriage, he could not allow same-sex weddings to take place in the chapel.
• An enlisted service member was threatened and denied promotion by a senior NCO for expressing – during a personal conversation – his religious belief in support of traditional marriage.

Last month Coast Guard Rear Admiral William Lee told a National Day of Prayer audience that religious liberty was being threatened by Pentagon lawyers and service members are being told to hide their faith in Christ.

“Leaders like myself are feeling the constraints of rules and regulations and guidance issued by lawyers that put us in a tighter and tighter box regarding our constitutional right to express our religious faith,” he said.

Fleming said the purpose of his amendment is to clarify ambiguities in the Pentagon’s policies.

“The bottom line is the military is bending over backwards to remove – even in the case of chaplains – expressions of faith and conscience,” Fleming said.

Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, called the Obama Administration's edict a "chilling suppression of religious freedom."

"The Obama administration has joined forces with those who are attacking the religious freedoms of those who serve in our Armed Services," Perkins said. "The Administration's opposition to Rep. Fleming’s religious freedom amendment reveals that this administration has gone beyond accommodating the anti-Christian activists who want to remove any vestige of Christianity from the military, to aiding them by blocking this bipartisan measure."

More than 167,000 Americans have signed FRC petitions in the wake of religious liberty attacks within the military.

“The effects of this chilling suppression of religious freedom is driving faith underground in our military and will eventually drive it out," Perkins said. "This not only deprives those who serve of the benefits that flow from religious participation, but it undermines the moral foundation of the worlds most powerful military. This should concern everyone."

Fleming said his amendment, which has bipartisan support, would have protected the free speech rights of men and women in uniform.

But the White House said the change would limit the discretion of commanders to address “potentially problematic speech.”

“That is an outrageous position, but it’s what I’ve come to expect from an administration that is aggressively hostile toward religious beliefs that it deems politically incorrect,” Fleming said.

He said the president has at times shown hostility in general for expression of religious beliefs.

“Now that’s beginning to be reflected in the Pentagon itself,” he warned. “We need to protect the free speech of the brave warriors who fight to safeguard our liberties and I hope Congress will reject this blatant White House Attack on religious freedom.”

Conservatives screamed from the beginning that Barack Obama had no regard for civil liberties or the rights of the American people.

We weren’t just proved right.  We are so right it is time to rename Barack Obama, “Big Brother” Obama.

The Obama Regime has managed in an amazing act of chutzpah to simply erase the 4^th Amendment to the Constitution.

What have they done?

First there was the seizure, through the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court (or FISA) of the phone records of EVERY Verizon phone customer.  Now we are hearing about a top-secret program called PRISM.

Under the PRISM program, the National Security Agency, whose mission is to spy on foreigners reaches into the servers for at least 9 major Internet companies to read any email they want.

According to a PowerPoint presentation from the National Security Agency that was obtained by the Guardian, PRISM allows the NSA to go into the servers of various nations and look at materials in real time.

According to the PowerPoint, Microsoft was the first company to come onboard with PRISM in 2007.  In 2008, Yahoo came on.  In 2009, it was Google, followed by Facebook, Paltalk, YouTube, Skype in 2011, AOL and most recently Apple in late 2012.

PRISM is so dangerous for America because under this program, the NSA can go into the servers for these companies and look around, surveil data and do so without a warrant.  Of course, after the FISA court simply granted a warrant for the phone records of EVERY Verizon customer, it seems like the requirement of a warrant is now a joke.

The Fourth Amendment is now on the endangered species list.

There are some leftists who do not want the government to be able to do anything to protect us against terrorists.  That is idiocy.

We need government agencies like the NSA to be able to do surveillance so that we can prevent the next 9/11.

However, our founding fathers put safeguards in our Constitution so that the nation could protect itself without becoming abusive towards the citizens of the nation.

The author of the PowerPoint presentation said the purpose of PRISM was to fix problems in a broken FISA system.

What?

It is not the purpose of some NSA bureaucrat to decide that laws passed by Congress are not working right and they need to “fix” them.

That is the job of Congress.

The response of the Obama Regime was to blame George Bush.  After all, every one of Obama’s scandals and failures are always George Bush’s fault, right?

This is an issue that should cross party lines.  We the people must demand the NSA do the job it was created to do.  That job is to spy on foreign governments, entities and citizens.  It was not created to spy on American citizens.

Congress must hold hearings and the people who violated the rights of American citizens must be fired.

While the government must protect citizens against acts of terrorism, that cannot be done at the expense of the 4^th Amendment and the Bill of Rights.  That is what the Obama Regime is doing.

For them, the Constitution is nothing more than an inconvenience.

Yesterday on the floor of the House of Representatives, Congressman Louie Gohmert quoted the famed blogger Ace of Spades.  While discussing the Verizon phone record grab, Gohmert said, “We all now have Obamaphones.”

Thanks to PRISM, we all now have the Obama Internet and big brother is doing much more than just watching.

Barack Obama: The Ghost of Columbia University

I just returned from New York, where I attended my 30th Columbia University reunion. I celebrated with my esteemed classmates. Everyone except Barack Obama. As usual- he wasn’t there. Not even a video greeting. Not a personalized letter to his classmates. Nothing. But worse, no one at our 30th reunion ever met him. The President of the United States is the ghost of Columbia University.

I’m certainly no “Johnny come lately.” For five years now (since 2007 when it became clear Barack Obama was running for President), I’ve been quoted in the media as saying that no one I’ve ever met at Columbia can remember ever meeting, or even seeing, our college classmate Barack Obama. Don’t you think the media should be asking questions? Isn’t this a very strange story?

I am a graduate of Columbia University, Class of 1983. That’s the same class Barack Obama claims to have graduated from. We shared the same exact major- Political Science. We were both Pre Law. It was a small class- about 700 students. The Political Science department was even smaller and closer-knit (maybe 150 students). I thought I knew, or met at least once, (or certainly saw in classes) every fellow Poly Sci classmate in my four years at Columbia.

But not Obama. No one ever met him. Even worse, no one even remembers seeing that unique memorable face. Think about this for a minute. Our classmate is President of the United States. Shouldn’t someone remember him? Or at least claim to remember him?

Now you might argue this is all strange, but it’s possible. Afterall Columbia says he graduated. And I take my college’s word for it. Would one of the world’s greatest Ivy League institutions participate in a coverup, thereby risking their billion dollar reputation? And there is one single article written for the Columbia newspaper with Obama’s name on it. A single photo also exists of Obama in his Manhattan apartment with the man he claims was his college roommate- a Pakistani foreign student. And one single radical leftist Columbia professor who hates Israel also claims he remembers Obama.

That’s the sum total of Obama’s existence at Columbia University, Class of ’83.

If you’re a ten-year-old girl, the Obama Administration thinks you’re old enough to discuss anal sex, mutual masturbation, birth control, and “emergency contraceptives” that can cause early abortions.
A Department of Health and Human Services website, GirlsHealth.gov, offers all this information to girls from the ages of 10 to 16 in its “Body” tab. The Body tab links to a tab called “Your Sexuality,” which in turn leads to a "Birth Control Options” link and then a “What Doesn’t Work to Prevent Pregnancy” question and answer section.
One section discusses the effectiveness of pulling out as a method of birth control.
“My boyfriend says he’ll just pull his penis out before anything happens.”
“The Truth: It takes a lot of self-control for a guy to pull out. Also, some sperm can come out before a man ejaculates (“comes”).”

The liberal line about the IRS and other administration scandals in the last week has been that even if there was some low-level wrongdoing, an American public that is worried about the economy isn’t really interested in any of it. They are convinced that the only people willing to connect the dots between the demonization of the Tea Party by President Obama and the liberal press and the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups are Republican partisans. As Seth wrote on Friday, Democratic complacence is based on the idea that Republicans are overreacting to the current scandals in much the same manner that they oversold the Monica Lewinsky affair in 1998. But the revelation of two new angles to the IRS story in recent days shows that contrary to the hopes of Democrats, it is not only not dying down but could get worse.
By now, just about everyone has seen the videos of IRS employees line dancing at a conference paid for by taxpayers. The videos, like another bizarre IRS project previously discovered in which government employees acted out “Star Trek” and “Gilligan’s Island” parodies, illustrates an agency that is out of control and unaccountable in the way it wastes the money that it so zealously collects from the public.

Gitmo offers 'resume writing' class for terrorists

The 166 terrorist detainees at Guantanamo Bay are offered a course in “interviewing and resume writing” as part of their indefinite stay at the prison camp.
Joint Task Force Guantanamo (JTF-GTMO) lists the variety of classes and activities it offers to the terrorist trainers, financiers, bomb makers, recruiters and facilitators who are housed at Gitmo.
Among them: “Interviewing and Resume Writing “and “Writing Success.”
The classes are part of “The Instructional Program” at Gitmo, which teaches literacy, English as a second language and art.
The prison that houses 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Muhammad, also offers prisoners a “Life Skills” class, “Computer Familiarity,” “Personal Health and Wellness,” and “Personal Finance and Business.”

Outrageous: Eric Holder Is Moses?

When liberals think of this administration, apparently they can't help but think of a higher power. First it Newsweek editor Evan Thomas who declared in 2009 that Barack Obama was "sort of God." Remember that one? After Obama's much-hyped speech in Cairo, Thomas declared on MSNBC: "I mean in a way Obama's standing above the country, above - above the world, he's sort of God." God ... seriously? Yup, these people are serious. To them, it is nearly impossible to think that Obama could be fallible, subjected to the same pitfalls and challenges of us mere mortals. Now we have MSNBC contributor Michael Eric Dyson. In a discussion on MSNBC about the mounting pressure for Eric Holder to resign, Dyson went as far as to compare Holder...to Moses? Just unbelievable the people who are so blindly willing to not only give Holder a pass but raise him to Biblical levels.
