I just saw this on the web and liked it so much I thought I would share it with everyone:
An apology is a friendship preserver,
is often a debt of honour,
is never a sign of weakness,
is an antidote for hatred,
costs nothing but one’s pride,
always saves more than it costs
and is a device needed in every home.
